let it snow!
as if yesterday wasn't nice enough, today is a snow day too! I was just checking my school's website, and it's official!
there's something so... cool (hah) about a snow day. It's like being a kid again. what nonsense i am typing. A good part of me is a kid yet...
And snow itself is so gloriously out of the ordinary. And so pure and white. it covers the world and make it clean for a few hours. Snow is beautiful.
and yet, don't you think that slush is the most depressing thing in the world? Rain is nice in it's own way, and snow is lovely, but slush is just horrible. Perhaps that is because it's something clean that's turned dirty. Something pure that's become soiled. Something lovely transformed into the repulsive.
but as it is, just the sight of snow sends me into the 7th heaven. and I don't mean the tv show.
