Events that have happened:
Wednsday- I had a sore throat and didn't go to my deck the malls practice or yac because i knew if I did my throat wouldn't recover for a while. So I stayed home and absorbed a lot of water.
Thursday- I had a piano lesson and a choir concert (in which i had a duet). The concert went very well. We got to hear our jazz choir who are SOOO good. they were fantastically sublime! I kept absorbing water throughout the day.
Friday- I went to school and in W.Geo. we watched the movie "Romero" and it bothered me. It was about the civil war in El Salvador about 10 years ago. I can't understand how people can do such horrible things to each other. That is, I do understand why and how, but really, how could you live with yourself after things like that? After school I drank some water and watched Beauty and the Beast. It's such a lovely movie!
Saturday- Deck the Malls!!!(!!!!) We went to 3rd place books, crossroads and northgate, and i had a blast! By far the biggest crowd we drew was at Northgate, and I got to hand out fliers for the musical to the people. It was great! Then when i got home my dad was watching Ocean's Eleven. So i watched that too. I do like that movie. even though Julia Roberts is so ugly in it.
Sunday- I saw the musical "the king of christmas" twice, and i was suitably impressed by the kids. It was funny and sweet and cute, everything a kid's musical should be. The rest of the day I watched X2 and researched my solo/ensemble song online.
Today- I went to school and found out that my closest friend is moving to Philadelphia in a week. yah... that was a bit of a shock.
Events that should happen Soon:
Today- last Deck the malls at Alderwood. It should be good.
Wed. the 17th- Dessert Theater!!! I'm in one skit, yah!
Fri. the 19th- school gets out and winter break begins... and I look forward to it!
