back.
Ok, this is how I know I'm really truly honestly at home - back from Lake Wenatchee - and going to be sleeping in my own bed tonight:
I get out off the car. I put my stuff in my room. And Then... I sneeze 6 times! what joy, eh?
Wenatchee was good. We went to Leavenworth, windowshopped, saw "Oklahoma!" at an outdoor theater (really good!), and saw the Aplets and Cotlets factory. We also went to this completely awesome place called the Ohme garden, which is this beautiful garden on a hill overlooking the Columbia and Wenatchee rivers, and it has all these little slate steps and benches and about 6 small ponds, and is so green and lush...I'm sure you can tell I loved it. We froliced in Lake Wenatchee, which is quite cold, and we hung out at our campsite.
Yes, it was a good trip. And now I'm at home, happy to be so, and muy consada!
