ok, so it wasn't as bad as I thought
Yesterday and today.
Both of these days I have gone south to the schools I am looking at and have played the piano. At SPU I played a swell Yamaha in a professor's office- it was good for the Bach Sinfonia I played. And then Eleya and I met up for lunch and I saw her dorm. I could potentially see myself there. At PLU today I played a Steinway with slightly lighter action, in gorgeous Lagerquist Hall. Then I met with some of the music professors, and the composition prof answered questions I didn't even know I had. I could potentially see myself there.
I played fairly well, didn't even get too nervous, and I'll know about the scholarships in a few weeks, I think. Thanks for praying.
meanwhile, back at the ranch...

"Lauren, if they hugged, it would be like a miracle come true. But then they'd end up killing each other. He would come out, he would have a heart attack and die."
