Hello Childlins.
Spring Break has come and gone, and Spring Quarter starts tomorrow.
Some items of note that happened over break:
1) I went to a bachelorette party. It was...fun (what did you think I was going to say?).
2) I drew a strawberry and my cousin Shawna. The strawberry is currently on our fridge at home.
3) I bowled a strike and a spare.
4) I reread Susan Cooper's The Dark Is Rising sequence, and was interested to find the subtle anti-religious bits in it. Still quality reading, though. I also read Animal, Vegetable, Miracle by Barbara Kingsolver, which is about eating local, organic food. It read deliciously, even if Ms. Kingsolver is a bit virulent in her promotion of organic food. Other material I read included At Bertram's Hotel, by Agatha Christie, still one of my favorites of hers, and some book of Seth's called Type (forgot the author, because I only skimmed it over breakfast this morning) and liked most its design. There were other books too, but these were the most memorable.
5) I watched Heima, finally. I want to go to Iceland.
6) I also watched I Am Legend, last night, and was actually scared to go to bed. You may laugh at me. I forced myself to laugh at me, before quakingly turning off my light.
7) I feasted on croissants and strawberries while celebrating the risen Lord Jesus.
It was all good, mostly because He is all good.
